INDECENT REPRESENTATION OF WOMEN (PROHIBITION) ACT, 1986

The Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986 prohibits the indecent, derogatory, or denigrating portrayal of women through advertisements, publications, writings, paintings, or figures.
